VN Holidays and Michelle were fantastic to deal with for our customised Vietnam holiday for our 5 couple group. Michelle was very helpful with everything and always responded promptly with all our questions which made our experience less stressful. Everything went to plan and we all had a fantastic time and experience with so many memories. All the tour guides were lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of dealing with VN Holidays via the WakeUpHere Travel agency, who used VN for the local logistics & tours for my trip to HCM, Da Nang, and Hanoi. Their primary contact kept me up to date with reminders and tour details via WhatsApp and the English-speaking tour guides were both very knowledgeable as well as personable. The vehicles they used to transport us to the various attractions/sites had strong AC, were clean, in good repair, and were well maintained and were driven by good drivers. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Planning the trip was incredibly easy, and it took all the stress out of researching where to stay and how to get around. Michelle was an absolute star, so patient, attentive, and always quick to get back to us. All we had to do was tell her where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see, and she organised the entire trip perfectly.
She was also very flexible and happy to adjust the itinerary to suit the needs of my family of four. We got to see everything that was promised and even more.
What really stood out was that the care didn’t stop after booking. While we were travelling, Yen looked after us throughout the trip and was always there to help if we had any questions, hiccups, or needed guidance along the way.

VN Holidays took care of our itinerary to the finest detail. Accommodating the places we wanted to visit and showcasing the best of Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City, Bạc Liêu, Nha Trang, Da Nang, Hue to Hanoi. Our accommodation was located close to popular sites. Restaurants they booked for us served the finest local dishes in a clean setting. Our coaches were roomy. The staff at VN Holidays, their on the ground tour guides and bus drivers were readily available and made our whole 12 days in Vietnam a memorable trip. Vanessa was our travel agent during our tour in Vietnam. We have given her places to see and visit, she did well in putting all these together in the time frame that we suggested. We travelled by land and air in the main cities of Vietnam, Vanessa did it so well, she was very professional, she responded in all our queries efficiently.
While in Vietnam, the pick ups from airport to hotels and vice versa were all on time. The buses were all comfortable. The bus drivers cannot speak English well but were very nice, all professional drivers. The tour guides were all very nice, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the places. We enjoyed the food in every restaurants that we went into, so much food in every place (this was included in our package organised by VN holidays team too). The hotels were all good, clean and comfortable. Receptions were all very helpful. The breakfast in every hotel was great, so much varieties. We learned to eat Pho for breakfast. Overall, our trip went so well, very well organised. Thanks very much to Vanessa from VN Holidays in Sydney, and thanks to Ms Annie who was our contact person while in Vietnam, she communicated so well, making sure we were all okay. Thanks as well to all the drivers for driving safely and thanks to our tour guides, Mr Kim, Mr David, Mr Hau and Mr Hieu.

In general, joining the 10-day Vietnam Unveiled tour with VN Holidays was an enjoyable yet enriching experience. The support from the Sydney office was very encouraging and greatly appreciated.
I would, however, like to share a few observations for future improvement. There seems to be a tendency for hotel arrangements to change from the initial commitments. I hope this can be minimized to avoid any potential disappointment for customers. Additionally, it would be beneficial if VN Holidays could enhance early detection of severe weather conditions and take proactive measures to adjust the itinerary where necessary, so that any emergency actions to ensure participant safety can be avoided.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle from VN Holidays Sydney office for her excellent support in ensuring that the trip was both successful and enjoyable.
